Woods Forever Timber Recycling Project is a not-for-profit, community based, social enterprise located near Harlow in Essex.
The aim of our project is to rescue, re-use and recycle some of the tonnes of wood currently going into landfill locally.
At present we work with anybody who has waste wood to dispose of by offering a waste wood collection service. We collect the waste timber in a 3.5 tonne truck and aim to be 30% cheaper than standard skip companies. As would be expected on any Construction Site or Commercial Transport site, our staff have all of the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment.
As well as providing an environmentally friendlier waste wood collection service, we soon hope to offer training and volunteer opportunities to individuals and organisations, as well as providing low cost timber to the local community through a retail outlet.
